By booking through gillaniharamain.com you agree to these terms.
What we do
Gillani Haramain Transport takes your booking and arranges a verified driver for transfers and Ziyarat tours in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and nearby cities. The ride itself is carried out by the assigned driver.
Fares
The fare shown at booking is the fixed fare for that route and vehicle. No meter and no surge pricing. The fare shown is final: no VAT or extra charges are added by us. If you offer your own price, the booking is only confirmed when we accept it.
Payment
You pay the driver in cash, in Saudi riyals, after the trip. Please keep the booking reference until the trip is complete.
Pickup
After you book, your driver calls you to confirm the pickup point. Your driver reaches you about 15 minutes before the pickup time you chose. Please give a phone number on which you can be reached.
Stops and waiting
One extra stop of up to 30 minutes is free. A second stop is charged at SAR 100 per hour. Please tell your driver about any stop when he calls.
Passengers, luggage and child seats
Choose a vehicle that fits your group and luggage. We do not provide child seats; children are welcome and you may bring your own seat.
Cancellation
Cancellation follows our Cancellation Policy: free until 3 hours before pickup, half the fare inside the last 3 hours.
Correct information
You are responsible for giving correct names, phone numbers, dates, times and locations. We cannot be responsible for a missed pickup caused by wrong details or an unreachable phone.
Invoices
The trip invoice we provide is a booking and fare receipt. It is not a VAT tax invoice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the date shown below.
