Cancellation Policy
Plans change. This page explains exactly when you can cancel for free and when a fee applies.
Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking for free up to 3 hours before your pickup time.
Cancelling inside the last 3 hours
If you cancel less than 3 hours before the pickup time, half of the booked fare is charged. You can still cancel online until the pickup time has passed; after that, please contact us.
How to cancel
Open your booking page (the link shown after you book, and in your confirmation email) and press Cancel. To change the time, route or vehicle, or to cancel after the pickup time, send us a message on the Contact page with your booking reference.
If we cancel
If we cannot provide a driver for your booking, we will tell you as early as possible and you pay nothing.
Payment
Fares are paid in cash to the driver after the trip. A cancellation fee, when it applies, is the only amount owed for a cancelled booking.
